Dinkwell's Dungeon is a dark-comedy dungeon-crawler built on a hand-made 5E-flavored engine. The dank elf city under the mountain went silent in a single night, and a gold-rush tent-camp boiled up at its mouth overnight. Sign the waiver, take the winch down, and see how far past the picked-over shallows you can get — five floors deep, and the legend says the fifth is gold.
It's a one-person passion project, still very much in development. The whole thing runs as a single web page: no install, no account, no network. Your saves stay on your own device.
